it took me awhile to figure out to point directly into:
http://localhost/webmail-pro/AdminPanel/Login.aspx
then i am able to see the login in page
if not if i follow the documentation it says point to
http://localhost/webmail-pro/AdminPanel/
i see this instead:
<%@ Page Language="C#" AutoEventWireup="true" Inherits="_Default" Codebehind="Default.aspx.cs" %>
the problem is now even i point myself directly into the login.aspx page i cannot lock in cos there is no log in button for me to click on.
Is just a page with the login textfield and the undefined ! symbol and words.

You should make sure that you DON'T have IIS application and/or virtual directory created for AdminPanel. If you have either of those, remove it and check if the issue persists.
