          Upgraded to the 4.10 version of AfterLogic WebMail Pro ASP.NET.  I used the instructions found here;

 everything is up and running and I have tested my connection to my database and it tests fine however when I go to change my smtp or pop settings it says Negative server response. I have restarted the server and service and its not helping. Any suggestions?

 You might try granting Full Control permissions to Everyone account over that file.

 For some reason, the installer couldn't find primary IIS configuration file. But that shouldn't be a critical issue as you can always set up IIS application manually for WEBMAIL directory.

          OK I have noticed that txt file is collecting data now but if I delete it and make my error happen so it would be the only error the file does not generate. I have completely redone my IIS app files and reinstalled the program about 3 times, I keep getting the same error Negative server response and non of my changes are sticking. My database is connected correctly.. Any more suggestions?

          To anyone running into the same issue it has to do with installing the new version and then dropping your old files in from the App_Data as instructed by the upgrade instructions http://www.afterlogic.com/support/webmail-pro-net-upgrading- instructions

 I found that in a fresh install only keep the domain settings and you will only get one error all you need to do is then go to the mailroot folder and add your domain to the domains.tab file. This will add your old domain to the new list and everything will be back to normal.. Thanks for all the help
