Can we customize the Linux version of mail server for our needs? We want to be able to copy attachments from the server to different web folder on the server using webmail. Also some other customizations. Will this be allowed?

I believe you're speaking of AfterLogic XMail Server Pro, is that correct?

It is certainly allowed to modify the source code of webparts (WebMail Pro & AdminPanel). The source code of XMail Server Pro itself is not available. But, it's currently exactly the same as XMail Server Lite source.
