Hi,
Maybe this is not the best place to ask this kind of question, but have not found general forum.
Do you have a component which provides basic features of SMTP server:
- binding to IP:port;
- receive/save message;
- ability to establish SSL/TLS implicitly or explicitly;
- printing of SMTP commands;
- etc

We only provide email client components. You would need an actual SMTP server to get what you're looking for, either a basic one, or a full-featured solution like MailSuite Pro for Linux.
