Hello all, looking for some help.
I am running windows server 2003, iis 6.0 with POP3 and SMTP. I am using MailBee SMTP to send emails through an ASP web page.
All works fine, however, e-mail messages sent go directly into the recipients junk mail folder (e.g. hotmail).
How can this be prevented?
Regards,
Andrew

Hotmail (and many others) uses http://www.senderscorecertified.com service as white list of allowed senders. If you're not listed there, emails from your domain may be rejected as junk regardless if it's actually junk or not.
Also, make sure you have all the DNS records (MX, PTR) set for your domain, and you successfully pass all http://member.dnsstuff.com/pages/dnsreport.php tests.
Regards,
Alex
