Is there a way to delete a message by using it's UID? If so, how can I go about that?
Thanks

Although this cannot be done directly, you can find message index matching the given UID using Pop3.GetMessageIndexFromUid method and then supply the value you obtained for Pop3.DeleteMessage method.
