Not sure if I understood the question correctly. If you're sending message out and would like to have a read confirmation from the recipient, that's done by setting MailMessage.ConfirmRead property. But if it's about a message on IMAP server, you can check its read status by downloading envelope for the message, with EnvelopeParts.Flags included, and examining message flags.

I am sorry,That not my mean.

My mean:

I use imap to receive email. I receive more email. But some email i had read in my email server. How can i know ,Which one is read and which one is not read use imap.

That's what the 2nd part of my answer covered:

Also, you can run IMAP search for unread mails (UNSEEN keyword).

Ah, got you. Using Imap.SetMessageFlags method, you need to set/unset SystemMessageFlags.Seen flag.
