Hello,

I need to convert a document to TNEF.

Eg, convert an office doc to a TNEF file of type IPM.Document

Just like dragging and dropping an office doc to a outlook folder (NOT AN EMAIL)

Thanks

MailBee.NET Objects supports decoding TNEF attachments, however, encoding to TNEF is not supported.

Any plans to support this?

Thanks

Actually, yes. We already have internal prototype of full-fledged TNEF processor which can produce TNEF documents as well. However, I can't yet say when exactly it will be put into the production version.

Sounds very interesting.

Would you be interested in releasing this and would be more than happy todo some beta testing.

I think the Exchange 2007 SDK will also have a TNEF encoder.

With the use of the Exchange 2007 SDK, I have managed to created my own WinMail.DAT

I have never written a TNEF file before and the MS TNEF writter is not well documented.

But.... with a little pain I have got something working.

Thanks for your help.

Steve
