Hi,

I am using this verdsion:
Afterlogic WebMail Lite PHP
9.8.5.build2-build-o3

User can not login on her laptop and shows wrong username/password, but I can login with her username and password on my own laptop. Both Windows 11.
I have tried cleaning browser cache. But problem did not resolved.

I have set up on a cPanel. I am using Sendgrid as the SMTP and 127.0.0.1 as the IMAP.

Can give me some clue where should I check?
Is it related to browser? To server? To settings? Time zone?

Hi,

You can enable logging in admin panel, do both attempts and compare the logs for successful and failed logins. Maybe it will give you some clue.

Thank you for the reply. I turned on the logging and it shows this:

But the username and paswords are correct. Also, at the same exact time, we can login from the same account on a different laptop.
