Is it possible to configure the ContactWidget and the FileShare Module, so only admins can share files with users?
I need a way to display contacts only for admins, so users can't see each other.

Not sure what you mean by "ContactWidget", but there's no such configuration available. However, Aurora Files is a free opensource software product, and it's allowed to modify the source code to add any features you require. Alternately, you can request paid custom development, contact us if you're interested.
