Hello,
I installed Aurora files 9.8.0.build18-build-o3 on ubuntu server.
I installed it to use it to transfer files to different clients of my company.
I also deactivated the TeamsContacts.config module because everyone is in Teams contacts and the clients users can't see each other.
The problem is that no user can share. they can only see shared files for all in corporate. when sharing their own uploaded file, shouldn't they see their personal contacts and those in their own group among the people they can share with?
Is it possible for users to share files with their own added personal contacts? If TeamsContacts deactivated, is it possible a user only see and share with users in their own group?
I also tried the multiple tenant feature, but for each customer I need to have multiple and different users in my company, so it doesn't make sense.
Thank you for support!!!

It is indeed possible to share personal contacts with others. You can see Share icon to the right of Personal address book:
With Team Contacts disabled, it will not be possible to share contacts with all the users, but they can be shared either individually or with a custom group created in adminpanel.
Also, each user is able to add their contacts under "Shared with All" address book - unless you disabled that one by turning SharedContacts module off; this of course will disable sharing contacts using either of the two approaches.
Two more points worth noting:
1) under Settings > Address Books, a custom address book can be created, and it can be shared in exact same way as Personal contacts;
2) while the approach of multi-tenancy was created with Aurora Corporate in mind, it should work in Aurora Files as well.
