Aurora Corporate 9.7.7.build12-build-o3
We would like to have a shared groups for mailing purpose.
We've tried a shared addressbook which works fine for sharing contacts, but every group we define stays local and can't be used by other users.
Also we do not find a solution to use the user groups we defined in adminpanel as recipient in mail - the only shared group we see in the recipient selection is the "Team" group.
Is there a possibility to share distribution lists / contact groups together with a shared address book?

What you're looking for could indeed be achieved with the use of shared address books - however, while groups currently have "Email to this group" feature, there's no similar feature for address books (whether they're shared or not). We could implement such a feature in terms of Professional Services contract, please let us know via HelpDesk if you're interested.
With regard to user groups defined via adminpanel, these aren't exactly contacts but merely team mates. These entities are implemented for sharing purposes (you can share a file or an address book to those) but not for mailing.
Not sure what you mean by distribution lists, but as long as this is about contact groups - no, those cannot be added into an address books.
