I am testing WebMail Pro and did encounter two search problems:
1) when searching for “xxx zzz” emails are not found that contain “xxx yyy zzz” (another term between both words)
2) when using Aurora Mail only a few search results are returned, not all
The IMAP Server seems to work ok, other clients are responding correct.

Hello,
When building IMAP search query, we're using the entire text string entered by the user. Per our experience, this is the most intuitive behavior. Currently we don't have any plans to implement more advanced search modes like "any of", "all of" etc.
As for Aurora Mail mobile app, search there is done very differently, messages are downloaded into app's data storage and search is performed over it. And if you have Sync Period set to anything other than "all time", the search will be performed over the part of mailbox content, the part downloaded into app's data storage.

Thanks Igor for the fast reply. That means that I will never be able to search for “Amazon” and “Battery” because I know both words will be somewhere in the mail when searching for a Mail but am restricted to specify the exact text that can be found in the mail right?

Well I wouldn't say "never", but for the time being, we have no plans to change that.
Also, we're always open to custom development requests, please contact us via HelpDesk if interested.
