Hi, in the wrong github (sorry for that!) I've asked for the topic in subject, your reply was:
Using "Setup special folders" tool of Manage Folders screen, you can set "No usage assigned" for such a folder and then delete it.
In the Manage Folders tab section, where trash and eye icons are visible, there are no save/confirm buttons so all the changes made in this part are impossible to save and are lost. The save button is in the Properties tab but it does save nothing about Manage Folders settings.

That's correct, all the changes made in Manage Folders screen apply immediately.
Note that WebMail Lite is a free opensource product, you can modify it to meet your requirements better.

Thanks for answer.
I've hide Junk folder, eye icon is barred: there is an api call to app.min.js with params:
"{\"AccountID\":1,\"Folder\":\"Junk\",\"SetAction\":false}"
But when returning to mail adm the folder that should have been hidden is still visible.
During installation I performed chmod -R 0777 on data folder as per instructions.
Where am I wrong?
webmail lite version is 9.6.0.build16-build-a3
hosted on Apache2 v2.4.41, Ubuntu 20.04

I was able to reproduce the issue and have reported it to the developers. Thanks.

I've checked this with the developers. It appears that this is a limitation of certain mail server configurations. WebMail sets a folder as subscribed to show it, and as unsubscribed to hide it, that's a standard IMAP feature. But if a folder has a special flag on IMAP, such as "\Spam" or "\Sent" you cannot unsubscribe it.
I've checked this using other IMAP clients, such as Mozilla Thunderbird, and they show exact same behavior: if you choose to Unsubscribe a folder there will be no error, the logs indicate everything went well, but the folder is in fact still subscribed.
Same goes for deleting or renaming such a folder - if there was an error returned, we could do something about that, but the server says all's good. Thanks.
