Hi, I followed the instructions to activate the recaptcha but it failed. What am I supposed to do? I really need help.

Also note that WebMail v7 is no longer supported, its plugins are probably outdated. Switching to v8 is strongly advised. If you encounter the same issue with version 8 of WebMail, do let us know.

In the reCAPTCHA admin dashboard, go to your reCAPTCHA settings and look at the "Domains" area. Make sure that your website name, like example.com, is there.
