There's no such feature in the product. You can, however, supply a custom text displayed at the bottom of login page, BottomInfoHtmlText option in data/settings/modules/StandardLoginFormWebclient.config.json file - or, if you use mail login form, in MailLoginFormWebclient.config.json file.
