Every time I reply to an email, it CC's me in the conversation. It is slightly annoying and it is not something that I typically use. I can not find a setting to turn it off. Is there something that I am missing here?

Do you actually see yourself added in CC on a message compose screen?

Also, see if you might have "Save replies to the current folder" option enabled under Settings > Email Accounts > Properties tab.

Yes and in quick reply it shows "Send To All" instead of just "Send"

I have tried it with and without Save Replies enabled. Still the same thing.

Let me see if I understand this correctly, the issue only occurs when you use quick reply, not when you click Reply on message view pane/screen?

Yes. It is only in the quick reply or when I use quick reply and open "full reply form". This is not like that on the Afterlogic Demos.

Understood. Initially, the quick reply feature worked for reply only, but it was corrected due to multiple customers' complaints. And I've just checked and confirmed it works the same way on live demos.

This is not what I am seeing in the demo on the Afterlogic site:

This Afterlogic Aurora Corporate Demo

And here is a screenshot from that demo:
Afterlogic Demo Quick Reply Screenshot

Vs. The screenshot from my installation:
My QuickReply

The quick reply is an amazing feature, but if it is going to CC me everytime I use it, it just becomes annoying. A quick reply should only work for replies. If I wanted to CC someone or myself in a reply or BCC or whatever, it only makes sense to use a full reply form. Quick reply should work as a method to create a chat like environment within the email. Which is exactly the way it works on the Aurora Corporate Demo. Am I seeing something different here?

My original post might not have been written as well as it could have been. So just to make sure we are on the same page here, to put it in better context, I am automatically CCed in a quick reply. So if I click in the quick reply area, type my message and hit Ctrl+Enter or click the "Send To All" button (Because mine doesn't say "Send") I immediately receive the email that I just typed because my email is listed in the CC field of the message automatically. I can click the "Open full reply form" link and remove my email from the CC manually, but that defeats the purpose of the quick reply and makes quick reply absolutely useless for, what I feel is, the majority of the worlds population.

I hope this message does not come across as grumpy, because I am not. Lol
Just a little confused and trying to make sure this is going to work for me and my entire team. If we can work this out, I have plenty of other questions within the software, so please bare with me. You have been a great help with getting this up and going, and if need be, I will provide you with your next bottle of Tylenol for the headaches I am causing.

I have discussed this with the developers, and they believe that using Quick Reply, as well as Reply All tool, shouldn't be putting your own address into CC. That may still happen, however, if you have your account configured so that your email address doesn't match one the original message was sent to. One of the possible cases we can think of if using identities, e.g. the original mail was sent to user@domain.com address but you have identity set up to send mail from usertwo@domain.com.

Is there a chance you can provide us with an account the issue can be reproduced with? That way, we can eliminate a guessing part and would be able to pinpoint what causes the issue. We won't be sending mail of course, we would only use full reply form. And if that's an option for you, please provide login details via HelpDesk. Thanks!

I put in a request and provided you with a new untouched account, in which this problem still exists. Thank you.

Thank you.

Seems the issue was indeed caused by a mismatch of message sender and original recipient addresses: the account in Aurora was setup with email address starting with "T", but it was "t" in the email messages you were responding to.

We've just released Aurora Corporate 8.3.14 which contains the fix for the issue.
