I have completed setting up by following instructions in the docs but I am not able to login to emails although emails exist on the server and I can log in using Cpanel's default webmail interface.

I am using the format name@domain.com
question is how do i get this work

Did you install the product using cPanel installer, or from ZIP package? In the first case, it's actually the default webmail interface used. What error messages are you getting, if any?

Hello Igor,

I installed the zip package. There is no error message except when I try to login to my email, a red notification appears indicating the username or password is incorrect although I am using the right credentials. I have attached a screenshot of my configuration.

If you check the logs, do you see any attempts of WebMail to connect to IMAP server?

WebMail sends email and password to IMAP server and gets "Authentication failed" error from the server.

And I wasn't able to log into the account at https://email.primenewsghana.com:2096/ either. The log file contains the login details so I've removed the link to the log file from your post.

So in this case. What should I do to fix the problem? I am trying to get my organisation to buy a pro version but that is dependent on they using this one for a while.

I have been able to log in from https://email.primenewsghana.com:2096

You're not using the Pro version, it's Lite which doesn't come with guaranteed support from Afterlogic. Please consider installing the Pro in terms of 30-days trial, and if the issue persists, contact us via HelpDesk for assistance. We'll need login details for admin interface and for any email account.

I know I am not using the pro version. As I said it is for me to show my team how it works. Since you have identified the issue, I am just asking for how it can be fixed?
