Hard to say really, did you make any modifications of the source code before this started to happen? Can you post the installation URL?

I'd suspect something has happened to web browser settings, maybe some browser extension was standing in the way.

and then i try to add the notication plugin ... i face a problem it's cant get the (oResponse.Result.New && oResponse.Result.New.length)
