hi we have got an certificate from a EFax company they are giving an option to encrypt the e-fax sending to their server they have issued their certificate. now we are using mailbee SMIME demo. could i know How to get the
CERTIFICATE STORE NAME
CERTIFICATE STORE TYPE ie, Registry or File or PFX File...
actually when i downloaded that certificate it shows with extension ".cer" how to use this
your reply at the earliest will help me

Using MailBee SMIME demo you can sign and encrypt the message being sent. To do this, you should specify all required parameters (such as MailBee license key, host name of the mail server, user name, password, etc).
After that, you should tick the "Encrypt" check box, and "Input Public Certificate" dialog should appear. There, you should specify the following parameters:
- "Certificate Store Name" - put here the path to your ".cer" file which represents the certificate issued to you by EFax
- "Certificate Store Type" - select "File" type there
- "Issued To" - see the details of the issued certificate to find out the full value of this field
NOTE: other fields, such as "Issued By", "Friendly Name" and "Password" are not required.
When all necessary parameters are specified, click "OK" button to apply them and to return into the main window of MailBee SMIME demo.
There you should click "Send" button to encrypt and send the message.
If the message was successfully sent, you'll see the corresponding notification. In other case, a message box containing the description of the occurred error is displayed.
Please note, you can use the certificate provided with EFax only to encrypt your messages, but not to sign or to decrypt them. Thus, please do not tick the "Sign" checkbox in MailBee SMIME demo when using this certificate.
