Is it possible to use AfterLogic MailSuite Light without a domain?

I.e., I want AfterLogic to relay outgoing emails to my ISP's mail server, and to retrieve eMails from several external POP3 servers to be directed to local accounts of my family members.

The documentation is daunting.
Any quick hints how to achieve this, is greatly appreciated.

MailSuite Lite is capable of fetching from external accounts, and it can used other mail gateways, but you'll need to add some domain (at least, localhost) to store those local accounts (if they are supposed to be served by MailSuite of course).
