I have the old version of webmail lite aswell as the new version of webmail lite.How ever at this time I have not made any changes to my server settings but the new version will not send emails to other domains yet the older version is not having.

Fixed it. Removed the entire directory got a new download, deleted the install files manually installed. Went in and set the smtp out to what my ISP has and created a domain and did the same. then logged into my email as first login.
