I tried to use the support request form but it does not work.
My problem is when I try to login to my email account, I get the following error:

Connection is unsuccessful 403
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /webmail/processing.php on this server.

Could you please advise as to what is causing this problem and how to fix it.
This just started happening recently and had no problems in the past.

Please advise as this is preventing me from receiving mails wit webmailpro.
