Sometimes, I can't send an email :
the smtp server is OK because if i use Outlook express, there's no pb

The error means exactly what it says:
"Error: Socket connection has been aborted by local machine. InnerException message follows: Une connexion ?tablie a ?t? abandonn?e par un logiciel de votre ordinateur h?te"
In other words, something installed on your workstation prevents establishing connection. Most probably, this is a firewall/antivirus/antispam system. Smart software of such type has white lists of well-known applications and MS Outlook usually in those white lists, so it isn't affected by the traffic filters.
Please try to temporarily disable the firewall/antivirus/antispam system installed on your workstation for testing purpose.
