I'm testing smtp/SSL sending throught HotMail server (smtp.live.com / 25 / SSL) and cannot send the message. Receiving:
Base64 data received from the server cannot be decoded. The response string: VXNlcm5hbWU6 [MServ_Total_Time:592 MServ_Server:10.1.25.252 SPA_Total_Time:1795 XFS_Total_Time:1041 XFS_Server:10.4.73.8 ].
Does anyone know what could be wrong?
Since using other mail servers the process works fine(Yahoo and GMail).
Thanks a lot.

"VXNlcm5hbWU6 [MServ_Total_Time:592 MServ_Server:10.1.25.252 SPA_Total_Time:1795 XFS_Total_Time:1041 XFS_Server:10.4.73.8 ]" is not a valid base64 string. The value in "[]" cannot appear in base64 reply. This violates email standards. "VXNlcm5hbWU6" must be the only value in the returned string. Anything else is not permitted.
Regards,
Alex
