Hi,

i have downloaded and installed aurora version 7.3.0, everything works except i get a popup error message "No Internet Connection" every so often, and aurora just sits there trying to refresh.
The internet connect is working when error occurs, the server which aurora is installed on and the pc accessing aurora are on the same LAN segment.
I can access email through squirrelmail without problems, connect to external website, and access other web based software on the server when this happens.

Is this a bug, or problem with my setup?.

Would it be possible to provide us with test account on your installation to check this? You can send access details privately via HelpDesk. If we have SSH access or at least adminpanel login details, that would greatly help towards investigating the issue.

Hi,
I did a table update yesterday (as i had been playing around with the previous version months ago) in admin panel, and since then i havent had the problem.
If I do get the error again i will contact help desk and give you access.
