If a user open a ticket, the ticket is readable for all other users, and every other user can answer and/or close the ticket.
Is this a feature of the helpdesk? Normally a ticket should only accessable to the admin or support.
Thanks.

In Aurora Helpdesk, there are two types of users: users of Aurora itself, those are considered admin/support staff; and helpdesk clients which access Helpdesk through a different URL, and are only able to ask questions, not access others' tickets. This is explained here. Aurora users can post inquires in Helpdesk, too - and those will be visible to other Aurora users, which is by-design behavior.

OK, thanks for your help.
Just another question:
Can I setup the maximum storage of the Cloud/ file feature for each domain or is it unlimited?
