Yes, MailBee products do work with POP3/SMTP/IMAP enabled Domino servers just like as with any mail server which supports POP3/SMTP/IMAP protocols.

Im currently investigating whether MailBee is usefull as a webmail proxy for lotus domino 6.5.4. Can you tell me if MailBee is capable of handling the nested folder structure of the domino mailserver ? I know a lot of other products don't and it is a requirement.

Nested IMAP folders are not supported yet. This will be added in the next version.
