You should install MailBee Message Queue and configure it in Timings tab as follows:
Polling Interval: 10 sec
Sends Per Second: 1
Sends Per Session: 1
To submit messages to the queue, use Smtp.SubmitToPickupFolder method.
Best regards,
Andrew

Hello Andrew,
I have downloaded the 'MailBee Message Queue' and configure the Timings tab and gave the mailserver name and done the necessary settings.
I have set the Polling Interval:600 sec but while sending the mails it doesn't seem to leave a time interval of 600 secs, all the mails are sent at the same time.
we also tried setting Polling Interval to be 10,30 etc but still it sends all the mails at the same time without the time delay which is set in the polling Interval.
The following details stored in the log file.
19:15:03 Trial version, 27 day(s) left

I've just specified the following settings:
It sends one message per 20 seconds. Try to restart the service once you've changed the settings.
Best regards,
Andrew

How did you figure out that all messages are sent at once?
Best regards,
Andrew

I am sending mails to three different email id's ,but the received time of all the mails are same. there doesn't seem to be a time delay of 600 sec which is set.
And also while sending the mails in the "status tab" of the MMQ control panal
"Message waiting to be sent:" is always 0(zero), it does not show the remaining number of mails to be send since its not leaving a time delay, all mails are send at the start itself.
Thanks
Mani

It seems IIS SMTP service picks up and sends messages instead of MMQ. You submit messages to C:\Inetpub\mailroot\Pickup\ that is standard path of IIS SMTP pickup folder. Try to organize the queue in another place or stop IIS SMTP Service.
Best regards,
Andrew

Hi,
I have tried the option what you have mentioned. Stopped the SMTP mail service, and then started the Message Queue Service.
but there is no interval time between two mails. I gave 100 in interval field.

Please list all the values you have specified under Timing tab. Having only one of them is not enough for troubleshooting.

I saw the MMQ_Log file stating that
10:10:16 of thread #120c. Searching for the messages... Folder is C:\MMQ Files\*.eml
10:10:16 of thread #120c. Connecting to server...
10:10:21 of thread #120c. ERROR - Wrong username/password
10:10:21 of thread #120c. Server reports: [535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful]
10:10:21 of thread #120c. ERROR - Failed to connect to server
and also when i send mails to two different users it delivers at the same time and also getting error in log file. but Messages waiting to sent in the main tab is "1"
Please give your suggestion

You're saying that messages are delivered, correct? Are any of them left in MMQ pickup folder? And did you try to specify valid SMTP credentials?

No, it's not. It doesn't make sense sending same mail with MMQ and with Send method, choose one of the ways, otherwise each mail message will be sent twice.

That's why I was asking about the credentials specified in MMQ configuration. Please recheck those.
