My web app uses Mailbee.NET Objects SMTP to send emails from several different
email addresses (each user can enter their own SMTP settings and send from their
account). One of our users is attempting to send a set of text emails (each email
is unique). The first 10 emails send without incident, and then all subsequent
email attempts return the following error:
"Error: The server has responded with negative reply. The server responded: 421
Connection from 174.123.6.242 not accepted at this time."
Any suggestions?

Sounds like a mailserver issue, it might limit sending rate. I'd suggest to check this with mail server admin/support.
