Seems that if user enables 2FA, he cannot access DAV calendars and contacts any more.
Disabling 2FA gives access to DAV again.

Currently, we're not aware of any ways to make the two work together, DAV itself doesn't support handling 2FA, and since user enables additional security layer, it will not be possible to access DAV using just the email/password authentication.

Yes, there is no way to make DAV support 2FA, this is true.
But maybe one option would be to let DAV override any 2FA, or maybe put warning text to 2FA settings that DAV does not work if user enables 2FA.
Really nice option IMHO would be if DAV would override 2FA and DAV access would be configurable by user.
