At now message is marked as read immediately after I click on it. Is there any way to disable auto-marking messages as read? I want to manually mark message as read, only after I fully read and process this message.

There's no such configuration option in WebMail Lite PHP. But since it's a free opensource product, you can implement the functionality yourself, or request our developers' help in terms of paid development contract.
