I have try to send my email by amazon ses

Looks like a server problem.
Are you able to send (with the same settings, from/to addresses and body content, from the same IP address) with other SMTP clients?

hello,
Yes i can send email with smtp gmail for example.
But none with amazon ses

Can you send with another SMTP client? Client, not server? I mean what happens if you send with, let's say, Thunderbird, through Amazon's SMTP. If it does not work either, you'd address your issue to Amazon as the issue is not connected with MailBee.

I tested with thunderbird my parameters amazon. The mail is sent. MailBee with the same parameters, the mail does not leave.

Please submit all the SMTP settings and From/To addresses to our HelpDesk so that we would be able to try it ourselves.
