Hi All,
I have installed Mailsuite Lite on my server which is running Windows Server
2008 Web Edition R2. I had a few issues installing it but I seemed to have
overcome all of them except one.
I can add domains on the domain tab no problem and the added domains appear in
the list beneath.
When I have added a domain I go to the Users tab, make sure that the desired
domain is selected on the drop down box and I attempt to add a user, this
appears to work fine, but no users appear in the list beneath.
I can however see a total count of users at the bottom of the page which is
correct, and browsing the folders in windows explorer appears to have created
the desired folders for the users successfully.
I sent this to the support desk and they said that I may be using an out of date
version, but I checked and I am definately using version 5.0.7, I was then told
that if I wait for version 5.1 that it might be fixed, but I have been waiting a
while now for 5.1 and it doesn't seem to be appearing.
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers

Hi Again,
Also I am not sure if this is to do with the same issue, but I tried using one
of the users that I had created even though they were not appearing in the list,
I used WebMail Lite to log on which appeared to work correct, and I could send
email to external email addresses and also to internal email addresses. However
if I try to send an email to one of the users that I have just set up from an
external location the email never gets to the users inbox.
I have made sure that the POP3 port is available through the firewall, so I am
stuck as to why this would be happening now.
Any ideas?

Hi Karl,
No I have not found a fix for this yet and nobody else seems to be interested.
On another note, when I install Mailsuite (5.0.7) on my server (Windows Server
2008 Web Edition R2) during the installation I get an error message saying
'applicationHost.config does not exist' and I have to OK this message to continue,
I wonder if this is the cause of the issue?

not sure if its related or not but I had an issue where only 2 user were showing (version 5.0.2 i think) and this fixed it:
in order to fix the issue please modify AdminPanel\PlugIns\Users\user_management.ascx.cs file (line ~19):
protected int _pageSize = 2;
Set the value to 20 and run compile.bat found in root WebMail folder to apply changes.
Not sure if yours is the same but there you go.

According to lead developer, new packages for MailSuite Lite will be released on Monday. Hopefully, upgrading to it will resolve the issues you've encountered.
