is there a way to connect outlook to shared calendars? i have installed the connector but it only sees my personal calendar?

are there any know issues with windows 7 or office 2010?
i am getting errors installing the connector to a windows 7 box

We have it working on 7/32-bit + Office 2010. Is your system 32 or 64 bit? Also, which errors do you get?

during the install of the connector. the application crashes and the plug in is not available in outlook.
the error stated the installer was interrupted. outlook sync could not be installed.
on other installations on xp with outlook 2007 we still do not see shared calendars either. it syncs only your personal calendar.

when trying to reinstall the plugin the wmpoutlookaddin.dll failed to register. 2147010895

wow now i really feel like a pain. we have the address book set to system wide. is it possible to have outlook use this address book?

Outlook Sync Plugin doesn't support shared calendars and global address book. Only personal data can be synchronized.
Please send us more details about crashing. Screenshots would be useful.
Also, please run the installation as below:
OutlookSyncAddIn.msi /l* c:\install.log
Where c:\install.log is the path for logging. Send this file to us.
It will be more effectively if you open a ticket on our
HelpDesk.
