Make sure NETWORK SERVICE account has Full Control permissions granted over MailRoot directory and App_Data subdir of WEBMAIL.

The first thing you need to figure out is whether you want it system-wide or per domain. That is set in Address Book Settings screen under WebMail tab in AdminPanel.
For domain wide address book, it is activated in Domains screen. Once the option is checked, each user under that domain can see the list of available recipients when composing mail.
Once you have calendar created, select "Share and Publish" in Calendar Manager menu for that calendar. You'll see the list of sharing options, you can specify email address and sharing type, click [+] to add user.
