Is it possible with 'GetBodyWithEmbeddedObjectsEx' to make links where the file name is included? like /images/fish.jpg'

My goal is to make an virtual folder and set in IIS an 404 error to ASP file 404.asp to get this image.

Currently, this feature is not supported. GetBodyWithEmbeddedObjectsEx method returns an HTML page, and you can parse it to perform search and replace actions for any data you need.
