Hi,

I have issue with sending email via afterlogic, there is ajax error, but i don't know what exactly is the problem.

Do i need something after installation of afterlogic?

You need to access AdminPanel, enable logging there, make sure Verbosity level is set to Debug, replicate the problem and check if there are any SMTP-related errors recorded in the logs. If you share the logs here we may be able to offer some further help.
