I want to creat a new account of .Net Pop3 in Linux.

And i am unable to create it how to create it please help me out.

There's probably a misunderstanding here. MailBee.NET POP3 component is used to access email accounts via POP3, and that has nothing to do with creating accounts. And while mail server can be running on virtually any platform, MailBee itself can be run on Windows only.
