Hi everyone,
I recently updated AfterLogic WebMail Pro to the latest version on my server, and since then I’m having trouble sending emails.
Incoming mail (IMAP) works fine, and I can log in without any issues. However, whenever I try to send an email, I get an SMTP authentication error saying “Unable to authenticate with outgoing mail server.”
Before the update, everything was working normally with the same SMTP settings. I haven’t changed the mail server configuration (host, port, username, or password), so I’m not sure what broke during the upgrade.
I’m using SMTP over SSL with port 465, and my mail server is hosted on a cPanel server.
Has anyone else experienced this after updating WebMail Pro? Could it be related to changes in how credentials are handled or TLS settings in the new version?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi,
Enable logging in Admin panel, try again and check the logs. They may provide more details on which step the issue occurs.
Regards,
Alex
