Hello,
Recently I receive email from facebook that the plugin interface needs to be upgraded. Do you know if how can upgrade the plugin to v15?

WebMail Pro does not use Graph API, I believe, it only uses OAuth for Facebook integration:
Authentication via external services
So in case if you have this specific API permission granted for WebMail Pro, the functionality shouldn't be affected.
