I am looking for an email web client, open source code.
It has to work with Microsoft Exchange.

Take a look at WebMail Lite PHP, it is opensource community edition of the Pro version. It can work with any IMAP/SMTP server including MS Exchange as long as it supports the use of basic authentication (username/password).
