I need to open my gmail inbox and walk through all my emails opening up each and clicking on a link, (http://linkexample.com), in each email and capture the resulting html page.
Do you have any example that would help me do this?

MailBee IMAP 4 Demo 2 would be useful to you. You can find it at:
Start / Programs / MailBee / Programming Samples / VB6
However, it doesn't support SSL/TLS, but Gmail requires it. You can easily modify the application to add SSL/TLS support.
Best regards,
Andrew
