Hello,
Is there a specific plugin or configuration to save the recipient address in the contact list? If I'm not mistaken Roundcube offers this option. Whenever an email is sent, the recipient's address is automatically added in the contact's catalog.

It is added to contacts indeed, but it's done in Collected Addresses section of the address book. It won't be displayed in Contacts screen, but next time you create email message the address will become available in autocompletion once you start typing in To or Cc field.
