I am having some issue trying to connect the desktop client when I try to access the system is showing me the following message.

Test connection failed. Request rejected: We canīt create a secure SSL/TLS channel.

I am running the system over https not sure why is not working, any idea?

Thanks

Sorry, have no idea. Google delivers no results for "We canīt create a secure SSL/TLS channel." phrase. Maybe something very specific to your particular environment as nobody in the world ever got the same error.

Alex

Is there any specific URL I need to put in the Sync server URL?

I am putting my installation URL but the same result, any way to track down the error?

Error Image

Thanks

It has to be the same DAV server URL shown in account settings under Mobile Sync tab, usually it looks like http://yourdomain.com/aurora/dav.php - however, it's strongly advised to reconfigure webserver so that specific subdomain or port number is used for DAV access. See Configuring DAV server documentation page for details, and make sure you can actually connect to that URL via any other DAV client, for example one available in iPhone.

Also, we can't access the link you provided, it probably isn't public one.
