Hello I'm testing the new version to see if we use it in the company but we have many errors.
One of the errors is
When you log in with any account and try to update some page of the error No Internet Connection (Message saying that did not connect bank after a normal lap time)
Being that bank is set up correctly.
Another problem is that no plugin works we try to activate several but no active plugin we follow all the steps.
Shared server however we have full access to dedicated server
The installation was done in cpanel Version 7.7.9 php installed in normal account in cpanel
Another thing user's option to put auto reply and forward emails automatically also follow all the steps does not work
Someone could help

Not sure I understand this. When you speak of updating page, is it simply about pressing Reload button (Ctrl+R or Ctrl+F5) or pressing "Check Mail" button in WebMail interface?

Which plugins, specifically, did you try to enable? Can you post content of your config.php file? Or upload it somewhere as text, and post a link here?

These features will only work if your server has Sieve support enabled, and ManageSieve agent installed. Can you confirm that's the case? You can try and see if ManageSieve is running as shown here.

Hello yes we tried to install the captcha plugin using recaptcha v2
We follow all the steps and we insert the plugin in the folder public_html / data / plugins
Then code was put in public_html / data / settings / config.php
But it does not activate
About connection problem I said
Example I exlcuo some emails when I go to the trash can sometimes appear message (Internet connection unavailable)
And also when I try to save some configuration as an example
Enabling desktop notifications looks like this message (Internet connection unavailable)
On the question Sieve I followed more step I will check this more calmly to see what can be
About others above could help me with some hint of what can be
One seems to be bank errors
And about plugin I do not know why it does not activate

No idea what bank you're referring to - do you mean a mail server? Anyway, it doesn't look like a WebMail issue, more like the actual connectivity problem. One suggestion I have is to try disabling browser plugins, as some plugins are known to interfere with webmail applications.

Yes I did this the browser that I am logged in does not have extensions installed I gave permission to access anyway it still gives error (Internet connection unavailable)
About other plugins tried to install did not work they did not appear

Hello from what I could see and what I understood
is that about this error Internet connection not available
Because script is not able to connect to server
It is not authenticating connection now I do not know if it is with database or if it would be SMTP
I know that every time of this mistake
I already checked all the server settings are all OK
Apache 100% configured
It looks like the script does not work well with cpanel
A question could be some permission on folders?
This 403 error that sometimes is permission in directory
I noticed that this error is very much when I go in account configuration

We believe WebMail Pro is tested on cPanel and used by thousands of our clients there, and we have never encountered such errors. If you manage to find out what was the issue caused for, we appreciate sharing it on this forum, just in case it might be helpful for others.

I solved the problem and thank you for the attention you gave me, anyway, provided all the support you can.
Now that mistake came out.
Just need to take another question with you know to let me know if it's possible to add a new theme as a different color.
In case I intend to use the one that already has to modify the feathers the color of some of them I await.

Yes sure, you can find instructions on creating your own skin at:
Creating new skin
If you add a new skin to WebMail Pro, make sure it's listed in list of themes in data/settings/config.php file. For example, if the skin is called YourSkinName, it would look like:

Thanks for the response already seen this file because I had made some changes as not changed in the theme I believe it's cache I'll check to be sure.
I forgot to tell the permission 0777 in the folder date that would be correct or I did it wrong

That file stores default values, and usually it's not recommended to change them directly in libraries/afterlogic/common/config.php file as it would be overwritten after update. The recommended approach is adding a setting into data/settings/config.php file.

A yes I understood this could affect the system?
I did the following I created an additional folder my name example theme
Within this file I added theme name
I went on the new theme user appeared I did test selecting and accepted
