Hello,
I installed a sieve. I'm working on the forward and the filters.
But autoresponder they do not automatically answer me. No bug anywhere. Do you

If I see on file: user/sieve.sieve I see:

# Sieve filter
require ["fileinto", "copy", "vacation"] ;
#begin = autoresponder =
#data=1~dGVzdAB0ZXN0IGF1dG8gbWVzc2FnZQ==
vacation :days 1 :subject "test" "test auto message";
#end = autoresponder =

Know what it could be?

Hi,

Syntax looks correct. Do you happen to have other apps which set autoresponder Sieve filters on your mail server and they work?

Perhaps, your mail server simply does not support autoresponders (vacation module is missing/not configured/etc).

Regards,
Alex

I think it's mail server problem. If you want to hire our engineers to examine your mail server and decide if it's possible to activate vacation support there, please contact us via Helpdesk for details.

Regards,
Alex
