Weird problem for me. I just installed the newest version on a server and while the admin area of the site is very snappy, the main /webmail/index.php takes about 5 minutes to load, then another 2 minutes to login. Once logged in navigation is very quick, till you try logging out, which takes another 2 minutes.

It is a virtual server (Citrix Xenserver) running Ubuntu 16.04 and ISPConfig. It has 10 assigned processors and about 32GB Ram and isn't in a production environment so the CPU load is always 0.00. We are running it in the office, so it is connected via a gigabit switch.

I am not seeing any errors in the logs though I did enable debugging to see if there was anything there.

I am not having any performance issues anywhere else on the server, any ideas what to try?

Do you, by any chance, have a large number of folders in your IMAP account you use to log into WebMail Pro? Does the same issue occur if you log into email account with 5-6 folders there? Did you try that with different browsers? Disabling message threading in account settings might help speed things up, too.

This is a brand new installation with only one user that has no messages. I was just preparing the server for use on a new project. I had an old installation I had prepared a couple years ago and had it working great, but the database system crashed yesterday as I was trying to upgrade things. I accidentally installed MySQL over the top of mariadb, things went downhill from there... Since I had not ever really put it into operation, I figured it would just be easier to start with a new installatoin on a new server.

Interesting. Would it be possible to provide us with URL of the installation and a test account, so we could take a look? We could also use any other details that may help with the troubleshooting - such as adminpanel credentials, FTP/SSH etc.

Please use HelpDesk to provide access details. Thank you.
