Hi there everyone!

I found my version in the VERSION file but was wondering how I find out when the application is updated. Will the application tell me in the admin panel or do I need to monitor something on the WMP website?

Right now, there's no way to check for updates from within the product installation. When a new version comes out, we do post news on our website but it's only done for major versions. To watch out for minor updates, you can follow our Facebook & Twitter feeds.

As you probably know, we're working on rolling out version 8 of WebMail Pro PHP, and we wish to make updates more convenient there. So we'll see how it goes

Hi there Igor and thanks very much for your help!

I downloaded and installed the 8 beta but noticed that my license key shows as invalid. Is there a way to get a working key for 8 Beta as well or is 8 a completely different script that requires a separate purchase?

Yes, it's a completely different script. It's currently in Beta and can only be used for testing purposes. Once the product leaves Beta stage, we'll offer license key upgrade to the eligible customers. For now, they can use 30-days trial keys.
