Hello,

i have install this software on my server and in the admin section shows all ok and no errors.

The problem is that no user can register on the site. I have read all related articles about this problem but still nothing helps.

Now i have activate the facebook login but that does not work either.

Is it not possible to register as a new user. The software is on the same server installed, the mail accounts are from the same server but all not work with register an account.

Can you provide the logs that reflect the login attempt, so we could try checking what might be causing the problem? Make sure log verbosity is set to Debug.

Also, in AdminPanel under Domains > Default settings, make sure "Only already registered users can access WebMail" box is un-checked.

As for Facebook login, it'll only work once you log in with your email account and in its settings, add Facebook account to it.

I have a question regarding the following setting from settings.xml file:

When it's set this way, it means mail server accepts username part of email as IMAP login, rather than full email address. Can you please confirm that's the case with your server?

Thank you so much. The login works. The registration dont works for me but i think this is a cache problem. I see actualy the @ symbol when i want register an account on the field "username" and when you have change this must be there not a @ symbol.

There's probably a misunderstanding somewhere here, there's no registration as such in WebMail Lite. You can only log into email account that already exists on mailserver, but it's not possible to create a new one - that would require an in-depth integration with mailserver, not something WebMail Lite offers out-of-box.

Ah okay now i understand i dont must register a account, i can login with my mail access data from my server directly in this webmail software.
